Q: How much previous construction experience do you have?
A: I have lots of experience building a cabin and retaining walls.
Q. How would you describe The Deck Store materials?
A: Excellent.
Q. Decking?
A: Tigre. I love it. It cuts nicely, I used Super Deck natural stain.
Q. Rails?
A: I used lights as accents. I added 6: to posts to match wall.
Q: What would you say about the services offered by The Deck Store?
A: People were great. Ben was very helpful.
Q: How accurate was the material estimate to actual construction?
A: The estimate was fairly accurate. Some of the order was delayed.
Q: Were you able to promptly communicate with us to answer questions or make additional deliveries during your project?
A: Yes, I usually met with someone in person.
Q: What was your greatest challenge?
A: All easy because I have the right tools.
Q: How long did it take you to create your deck?
A: It took me two months because of back order delays on some materials.
Q: How would you describe the overall quality of your finished project?
A: All my neighbors and my wife love it.
